If you are feeling lit up by the idea of learning Reiki, you have arrived in the right place.

We believe that everyone is born with the innate ability to heal. People who are drawn towards this frequency are already primed to receive it. Like a pilot light that is always burning within you, the Reiki energy just needs a spark to be ignited. That is the attunement that occurs in Level 1, Level 2, and the Mastership Degree.

We are so excited to offer in-person Reiki 1 Training with our Energy Healer Aly Crouse on Saturday, February 10 in our Westport office.

Reiki 1 occurs on one transformative Saturday filled with meditation, attunements, and practice with classmates. This is a powerful training and it is highly recommended that you set aside time and space after class ends to integrate the energy. Please note: Class will be taught while seated on the floor with various cushions and props. You will also be asked to give and receive hands-on Reiki sessions with fellow classmates, standing/seated at a massage table. If you have unique accessibility needs, please contact us to provide accommodation in advance.

The Reiki Level 1 course includes:

• Lessons on the history and lineage of Reiki

• Introduction to the Reiki principles

• Hand placements for the self-healing protocol and treating others

• A guided and supported practice session with fellow students

• Grounding energy techniques to help you practice

• A sacred container for you to express your authentic self and play with the energy

This course is for you if:

• You’re interested in working with Reiki healing for friends, family and pets

• You’re interested in working professionally with Reiki

• You’re interested in using Reiki for self-healing

• You’ve previously received a Reiki Level 1 attunement and would like a refresh

• You are a health and wellness provider or work with people and would like to add this to your toolbox (yoga teachers, massage therapists, acupuncturists, teachers, therapists, medical doctors, etc.)
