  • Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Located at the top of the head, associated with the color violet or white. It is associated with spiritual connection, enlightenment, and consciousness.

  • Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Located on the forehead between the eyebrows, associated with the color indigo. It represents intuition, insight, and mental clarity.

Energy healing can help address migraines, TMJ, chronic pain, neck and back pain, chronic fatigue, connective-tissue disorders, anxiety, insomnia and more. These hands-on sessions help the flow of energy in and around the body to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. 

  • Our sessions use a unique fusion of reiki, acupressure, craniosacral therapy, and somatoemotional release to achieve profound and lasting results.

    After a conversation with your therapist, you will lie down on a massage table for 60 minutes of gentle hands-on healing. Sessions can be done with dialoguing/talking or in silence. We recap at the end of the session, and you will receive homework recommendations for further support. Most people report feeling deeply relaxed and restored.

  • New patients, 75-90 minute initial session, $210

    Follow-up appointment, 60 minute session, $170

    We also offer a package of 10 follow-up sessions that can be used across a variety of services.

  • A lifelong student of holistic healing, Aly has studied many modalities with wise and experienced teachers which she has fused into her own unique style. She graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2011, and since then has completed thousands of hours of training in hands-on techniques to help support her clients.

    An appointment with Aly addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of the self. With great compassion, she assists her clients to nourish their bodies, release tension, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection.

    Aly is passionate about the healing power of bodywork and has studied Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release with the Upledger Institute since 2018. She completed both a Reiki Mastership training and 200-hour Yoga Teacher training in 2014 and has been teaching meditation and intuitive movement ever since.

  • Aly helps to bridge the mind-body-spirit connection with Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy. Her specialities are chronic pain, migraines, stress, and anxiety. She also offers support for women through fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum with energy healing, massage, and yoga.
