  • During WOW Week, we remove gluten, sugar, dairy and alcohol, and for spring, we’re replacing coffee with green and black tea and matcha too. It may sound like a lot to limit, but we are so focused on what we’re adding that you won’t even notice. Plus, you’ll feel incredible — energized, lighter and glowier. We’ll support you to slowly reincorporate these foods after our time together.

  • Generally we don’t recommend WOW Week while pregnant, but you can absolutely do it while breastfeeding. Please reach out to our team for some additional tips.

  • Absolutely! While we think the community element is key, we have many friends WOW on different weeks. Sign up, choose a date to start, grab an accountability buddy, and revisit the daily email tips.
