Common questions
Is this a juice cleanse or a fast?
Not even close. We eat real, whole, seasonal food and a lot of it. The focus is on what we're adding: liver-loving greens, hydrating foods, anti-inflammatory ingredients that make you feel incredible. Gluten, sugar, dairy, and alcohol take a one-week break, and with these recipes you genuinely won't miss them.
Do I need equipment for the lymph work?
A dry brush is the one tool we recommend. Used daily, it's the cornerstone of Cathie's protocol and one of the habits participants keep long after WOW Week ends. It's included in the Spring Kit. For rebounding on Day 6, a mini trampoline is ideal but not required. We'll share modifications that work without one.
What if I can't do these exact dates?
You can absolutely WOW on your own schedule. The guidebook and daily email sequence are yours to keep. Many participants use WOW Week as a repeating quarterly reset long after the live program ends.
Is this safe if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
We don't recommend WOW Week during pregnancy. It's generally fine while breastfeeding. Reach out to our team before signing up and we'll give you personalized guidance.
How much time does this take each day?
The daily email is 2 to 5 minutes. The WhatsApp community is there when you want it and quiet when you don't. Meals are designed to be simple and prep-friendly. This fits into a full, busy life. That's the whole point.
