Indigo not only helped me lose 50 lbs but my dietitian has consistently provided me with advice and guidance that has allowed me to keep off the weight and stay healthy in the real world. It has never been about a diet, about cutting specific foods, or alcohol. And most of all she is someone that I trust and consider a friend. She cares about her clients as more than just clients—their success is her success.
- INDIGO CLIENT
After losing the weight I ended up getting pregnant and having a beautiful baby boy—something doctor's told me I would never be able to do. I had lupus which is now in remission. I am no longer anemic. I am healthy, happy, and grateful. I would highly recommend working with the Indigo nutrition team to anyone.
