menopause, done right
Hot flashes, night sweats, broken sleep, mood shifts, brain fog, vaginal dryness, painful sex, low libido, urinary changes. Perimenopause and menopause can touch every part of daily life — and while these changes are common, they are not something you're supposed to just live with. Our Certified Menopause Practitioner helps you understand what's actually happening, walks you through every option on the table, and builds a plan around your symptoms, your history, and what you want your next decade to feel like.
WHOLE PERSONCARE
“My goal is to help women understand what's happening in their bodies and provide clear, evidence-based information about their treatment options. Hormone therapy can be an excellent option for many women, but it's not the right choice for everyone. We'll talk through the benefits, the risks, and the non-hormonal alternatives so you have the information you need to decide what's right for you.”
-Nicole Sandilands DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
hormone replacement therapy
Hormone care at Indigo Wellness is built on individualized evaluation and the current evidence, so you can make a clear, informed decision about treatment — whether that's hormone therapy, a non-hormonal approach, or a combination.
Nicole is licensed to see patients in CT, NY and AZ.

Your first visit is a comprehensive consultation focused on your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. Nicole will review your history, discuss your current concerns, evaluate previous lab work when appropriate, and determine whether additional testing is needed. You'll talk through the potential benefits and risks of hormone therapy, review all appropriate options including hormonal and non-hormonal therapies, and leave with a plan that fits your situation. Ongoing visits focus on adjusting your regimen as your body responds, addressing symptoms that surface along the way, and revisiting your plan as your needs change. Whether you're looking for answers about perimenopause, considering hormone therapy for the first time, or hoping to optimize a regimen you're already on, this is a place to get straight guidance.
