Occupational Therapist, Certified Lymphatic Therapist

Specialties: Kira specializes in pelvic floor therapy, with a focus on pain with sex and affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community. As a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, she also offers lymphatic therapy for aesthetic recovery, pre- and post-surgical support, and post-cancer treatment.

Location: Work with Kira in Stamford & Westport.

Kira received her master's degree in Occupational Therapy from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. While in fieldwork had the opportunity to study pelvic floor therapy and has never looked back. Her passion is working with people experiencing pain with sex and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. 

Kira is also a Certified Lymphatic Therapist with the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, with experience treating individuals for aesthetics, surgery, or post-cancer treatment.

While a new transplant to Connecticut, Kira has experience working from NYC to San Francisco! When Kira is not working, you can find her rock climbing, hiking, swimming, or curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee.

Kira believes no one should have to just live with pain, especially the kind people feel too embarrassed to bring up. Her work creates a safe, affirming space to talk about it openly and to help the body feel like home again.
