Kendall grew up just down the road from Indigo Wellness in Southport, CT, and has always felt a deep connection to the community. Family is and always will be central to who Kendall is. She was married in October 2024 and loves nothing more than cooking meals for the people closest to her. After being recruited to play Division I lacrosse in college, Kendall has come to prefer a slower pace of life. Following a major life change, she recently stepped away from a ten-year corporate career in Manhattan to follow her longtime passion for health and wellness—something that’s always been part of her DNA.

She first fell in love with Indigo as a patient and is thrilled to now join the team. When Kendall is not working at indigo, you’ll often find her practicing yoga or Pilates, or taking long walks along the beautiful Southport harbor.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
