Erin's relationship with Indigo Wellness Group began long before she joined the leadership team; she has been a client and advocate of the practice since 2019. A Fairfield County Business Journal "40 Under Forty" honoree, Erin brings a wealth of experience in building effective teams and making complex systems run smoothly. Before joining Indigo, she developed programming and cultivated a collaborative network for local business owners at the Women's Business Development Council (WBDC) and led professional development programs across the region. She holds an MBA from UConn with a background in finance.

A lifelong Fairfield County resident, Erin grew up in Redding, CT and has called Stamford home for nearly 20 years. She lives there with her favorite people in the whole world - her husband and two boys. She loves working in their garden, getting lost in books, exploring new places, and casual pizza nights with close friends. She geeks out over Broadway and country music and will happily talk to anyone about the merits of living in Stamford.
