Jodie Lippman, DPT is a pelvic floor physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. A former All-American collegiate athlete, she found her way to physical therapy through her own injury rehabilitation, and eventually followed her deepest clinical interest into pelvic health.

Jodie earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Long Island University in Brooklyn, after a formative period living and working abroad in Thailand. She is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, holds her Polestar Pilates certification after 350 hours of training, and is always pursuing further education to deepen her clinical practice.

Her greatest satisfaction as a clinician is helping patients truly understand their bodies and leave treatment feeling informed, capable, and independent. She works with patients to uncover root causes rather than just manage symptoms, and her goal is always the same: that her patients eventually don’t need her anymore. Having navigated her own athletic injuries, three pregnancies, and the joys of perimenopause, she brings a little more than just clinical knowledge to the table. She works with patients across the full spectrum of pelvic health, including prenatal and postpartum care, endometriosis and pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, perimenopause and menopause, and men’s pelvic health.

Outside the treatment room, Jodie is a mom of three who somehow also coaches all of their soccer teams, which is either very impressive or a sign she does not know how to say no. She loves to work out, travel whenever she can escape the soccer schedule, and catch up with friends over Thai food. She shares her home in Westchester with three kids and a bernedoodle named Maggie who is objectively medium-fluffy at best
