COMMUNITY
HEALING
At Indigo Wellness, we know healing and growth are often amplified in community. Our virtual group offerings create safe, guided spaces for connection, processing, and skill-building—no matter where you are in your journey or where you live. Facilitated by licensed therapists, these groups provide a supportive space for growth and connection, separate from the structure of ongoing therapy.
Whether you're navigating fertility challenges, grief, anxiety, or major life transitions, we invite you to join us.
