The Retreat

  • OQ Farm 298 Holiday Farm Road Bridgewater, VT, 05035 United States (map)

October 26-29, 2023

Hosted by Indigo Wellness and CT Power Yoga

The Retreat is a 4-day wellness getaway meant to restore, recharge and reset. Sarah Swanberg and Carolyn Brown (Indigo Wellness co-founders) and Aimee Elsner (Founder of CT Power Yoga) will guide The Retreat community through workshops, lectures, and interactive sessions. Immersed in the serene mountains of Vermont, you’ll dedicate your weekend to self-care, nourishment and nature - and nothing else!

More on how you’ll spend your time with us:

  • Eating healthy and delicious meals pulled directly from a nutritionist-approved menu

  • Practicing Eastern wellness techniques (think acupuncture) to help recharge your body and mind

  • Moving through yoga and mindful movement practices that remind you how to be present

  • Connecting with yourself again in the midst of QQ farm’s trails and, maybe even in the company of their rescue farm animals

  • Learning the principles of all of these time-honored practices so you can incorporate them into your at-home self-care routine

Our full itinerary prioritizes connection to all you find important — your relationship to yourself, your relationship with others, and your connection to the world around you.

This rejuvenating getaway is designed as a holistic experience that will meet you where you are. We just want to come along for the ride.
